Shizuishan to Yinchuan expressway is not only the key highway construction project in the 11th Five-Year Plan, but also an important part of the "three vertical and nine horizontal" trunk highway network in the district. Its formal opening to traffic marks a successful end to the "11th Five-year Plan" transportation infrastructure construction in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
