The main lane is primarily constructed with normal asphalt concrete course with partial sections being concrete slabs.Slow lane, with total length 12.7km, subgrade width 4m and pavement width 3m is primarily constructed with normal asphalt concrete course with partial sections being concrete slabs. There are 8 (eight) bridges in the whole line, of which 6 are hollow-slab bridges and 2 are T-beam bridges.

The completion of this project not only improved communication infrastructure in Ningxia Guyuan and stimulate local economic development, but also had significant meaning for constructing village-town integration along the highway.
